Mustapha Cairo is a brilliant engineer and friend of Jack Tenrec in the classic arcade video game "Cadillacs and Dinosaurs".

Mess O'Bradovich is the most unknown character in the game. His in-game bio simply says "unknown," though it seems he at least knows Mustapha and helps him in the fight.
